Close an Incident

Once the incident is resolved, you can perform the following steps to update the status of an incident from raised to cleared:

  1. Select the Incident for which you want to change the status.
  2. Click the Clear button. A Reason pop-up window is displayed.
  3. Enter the reason for clearing an incident.
  4. Click Ok.
