Acceldata Hosted

Acceldata Hosted is the fastest way to start observing your AI applications. Your application runs in your environment. You instrument it with the AIO SDK. The SDK pushes traces directly to the Acceldata control plane. Acceldata runs the OpenTelemetry collector, ClickHouse storage, and the AIO UI for you.

How it works

In this approach, the client environment only runs the AI application and the AIO SDK. Everything that receives, stores, and serves traces runs in the Acceldata environment.

What runs where

  • Client environment: AI application (your existing application, unchanged except for instrumentation) and AIO SDK (added so the application can emit traces).
  • Acceldata environment: OTel Collector (receives the OTLP traces the SDK pushes), ClickHouse (stores the traces in the Acceldata-managed environment), and AIO control plane and UI (the project, connection info, and traces experience).

Why use Acceldata Hosted

  • Quick integration: You do not stand up a collector, ClickHouse, or a data plane. Create a project, instrument the application, and start pushing traces to Acceldata.
  • No fetch delay: Traces are stored on the Acceldata control plane, so the UI reads them from the same environment that ingested them. There is no pull from a customer data plane and no delta to wait for. Opening traces is immediate.
  • Acceldata operates the ingest path: Retention, storage, and collector operations stay with Acceldata. This release stores traces as Acceldata-hosted for every new project.
