Configuring Report Branding in ADOC
The Report Configuration feature allows users to customize the branding of email reports by adding their company name and logo. This ensures that reports sent via email appear as white-labeled, reinforcing brand identity and improving trust with stakeholders. If no configuration is made, the default Acceldata logo will be used.
Accessing Report Configuration
- Login to ADOC
- Navigate to (
) Settings - Under the Reports section, click Report Configuration.
Configuring Report Branding
- In the Report Configuration page:
- Enter the Client Name (your company's name).
- Click Choose File to upload your company’s logo.
- The uploaded logo will be previewed under Logo Preview.
- Click Update Configuration to save the changes.
- There are no restrictions on file format or size for the client logo upload.
- The branding update is immediately applied to all scheduled reports
Deleting or Resetting Branding
- To remove branding, click Delete Configuration.
- The report branding will reset to the default Acceldata logo.
Effect of Report Branding
- The customized branding appears only on email reports
- Reports will display the configured company name and logo, ensuring that stakeholders recognize the source.
- If no branding is configured, reports will default to Acceldata’s branding.
