Update License
You can use the License Update page to update your license file before it expires. This ensures continued access to Pulse features using the updated license file provided by the Acceldata Support team. You can also configure expiry reminders to help ensure timely renewals and avoid interruptions.
Pre-requisites
Ensure you have the updated license file from the Acceldata team to update the Pulse license.
Create a ticket at https://support.acceldata.io/ to receive the updated license file.
Steps to Update the License:
- In the Pulse UI, navigate to the top-right corner and click the first icon.
- Select License Update from the menu. The License Update page appears.
- Upload the new license file, or copy and paste its content into the provided field.
- Set the License Expiry Reminder to one of the following options: 1 week, 15 days, 1 month, 2 months, or 3 months.
- Validate the license content to ensure all details are correct.
- Click Update License to apply the changes.
To validate the license, open Pulse UI and navigate to the first icon on the top right to check the content and the new license date.

License & Version Details
If the license has already expired and you have not updated the license, logging into the Pulse UI redirects you to the license upload screen. You can upload a new license file received from Acceldata to continue to use Pulse.
