Profile

Access and manage your account settings, roles, and activity logs through the My Profile section.
Navigating to My Profile
To navigate to my profile, perform the following:
- Click on your username in the bottom-left corner of the main left navigation menu in the ADOC platform.
- Select My Profile from the opened menu. This will open your profile settings in a new tab.
Profile Settings Overview
Within the My Profile section, you can:
- Update Account Details: Modify your personal information, including name and contact details.
- Manage Roles and Groups: View your assigned roles and group memberships.
- Review Activity Logs: Monitor your recent account activities, such as login history and changes made.
- Adjust Security Settings: Change your password.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
- Unable to Update Information: Ensure all required fields are completed and that you have the necessary permissions. Contact support if the issue persists.
- Changes Not Saving: Verify your internet connection and try again. If problems continue, reach out to our support team.
