Infra Solr Upgrade

The Infra-Solr service has already been stopped during the Ambari Server Upgrade. Proceed with the following steps to upgrade Infra Solr.

• On the Ambariinfra-solrnode, remove the installed packages before upgrading:

On RHEL:

rpm -e --nodeps ambari-infra-solr-client ambari-infra-solr -y

On Ubuntu:

dpkg --remove --force-depends ambari-infra-solr-client ambari-infra-solr -y

• Erase Infra Solr:

For RHEL:

yum erase ambari-infra-solr -y

For Ubuntu:

apt remove ambari-infra-solr -y

• Install Updated Infra Solr:

For RHEL:

yum install ambari-infra-solr -y

For Ubuntu:

apt install ambari-infra-solr -y

• Start Infra Solr Service: Start the service from the Ambari UI.
