In the Docker-based architecture, Pulse services are containerized and follow a server–agent model. The services are deployed using Docker containers. The following diagram illustrates a single-node installation setup.
The above diagram illustrates two zones: Internet accessible and Internal Enterprise VPN/DC Internet accessibility is required for accessing Pulse binaries for online-based installation or live upgrades.
In case of unavailability to connect and download Pulse packages, we recommend an alternative offline installation-based approach.
