Home

The ADOC home page gives you an at-a-glance view of your data platform's health as soon as you log in. In 26.5.0 the home page has been redesigned as a widget-based dashboard, replacing the previous navigation-focused landing page.

The default homepage displays seven widgets covering data quality scores, assets, pipelines, policies, alerts, watchlisted assets, and job activity. All values shown are scoped to the assets and data sources you have permission to access.

Note The KPIs displayed on the homepage are based on the assets you have permission to access. Users with different access levels will see different values for the same widgets.

Default Homepage Widgets

The default homepage includes seven widgets. Each widget is a live summary that links to the relevant section of ADOC for deeper investigation.

DQ Score

Shows the aggregated Data Quality Score across all assets you have access to, expressed as a percentage. The gauge displays the current score (based on the last 24 hours) and a trend indicator comparing it to the previous week. A rising trend is shown in green; a falling trend is shown in red.

Assets

Shows the total number of data assets across all connected data sources you have access to, along with a count of ungoverned assets — assets that have no policies configured against them.

  • The total asset count from sources links to the integrations page.
  • The ungoverned assets count links to a filtered catalog view showing only ungoverned assets.

Policies

Shows the total number of configured policies and the percentage of successful executions in the last 24 hours. A horizontal bar provides a visual breakdown of execution outcomes across three states: Successful (green), With Warnings (amber), and Error (red), with the count for each state shown below the bar.

  • Select the widget to navigate to the Policies list.

Pipelines

Shows the total number of configured pipelines and a summary of pipeline run outcomes in the last 24 hours, broken down into Successful and Failed counts.

  • Select the widget to navigate to the Pipelines page.

Alerts

Shows the total number of open alerts across all accessible data sources, along with the count of Critical alerts. A severity breakdown bar provides a visual distribution across severity levels.

  • Select the Critical count or the widget to navigate to the Alerts list filtered to critical alerts.

Watchlist

Shows the assets you have added to your watchlist, along with their current Data Reliability score. You can filter the watchlist by tags using the Tags control on the widget.

  • Select any asset name to navigate to that asset's detail page.

Jobs

Shows a summary of job execution activity broken down by job type. For each job type, the widget displays the number of successful runs in the last 7 days, failed runs in the last 7 days, and upcoming runs in the next 24 hours. Job types include Data Freshness, Data Drift, Schema Drift, Data Anomaly, Reconciliation, and Data Quality.

Customizing Your Homepage

The default homepage uses a built-in widget layout. If you want a different set of widgets or a different arrangement, you can set any custom dashboard as your homepage. The same widgets used on the default homepage are available in the Dashboards widget library.

Setting a Custom Dashboard as Your Homepage

  1. In the left navigation, select Dashboards.
  2. Open an existing dashboard or create a new one.
  3. To use the same widget set as the default homepage as a starting point, select Create Dashboard and choose the ADOC Home Page Template.
  4. Add, remove, or rearrange widgets as needed. Select Add Widgets to browse and add widgets from the library.
  5. Select Save Dashboard to save your changes.
  6. From the Dashboards list, select the three-dot menu next to your dashboard and select Set as Home.
  7. The dashboard replaces the default homepage. You will see it every time you log in.

Note Setting a custom dashboard as your homepage is a per-user setting. It does not affect the homepage for other users in your organization.
