Important

To use the latest Pulse 4.1.5 version, you must upgrade your Docker version to 20.10.x or higher and perform the required migration steps. For more information, see Upgrade to Version 4.1.5.

Pulse supports N-2 to N versions during migration. For details, see Supported Pulse Upgrade Path.

Pulse 4.1.5 includes all fixes and changes introduced in Pulse 4.1.6, along with those from releases prior to Pulse 4.1.5.

This section consists of new features and enhancements introduced in this release.

HBase Snapshot Data Collection: Pulse now supports collecting snapshot data from both the latest and legacy HBase UIs.
- By default, Pulse uses the latest HBase UI. You can enable legacy HBase UI support through the hbazer_master_legacy_snapshot_scrape configuration.

Resolved Issues

This section consists of key issues that have been fixed in this release.

Resolved an issue where the pulseyarnmetrics service could crash and restart when requests to the YARN NodeManager timed out.
Resolved issues where Kafka monitoring data was not displayed correctly in the UI. The issues affected Kafka Connect and Cruise Control data, Kafka broker information and status on the Nodes page, and Kafka logs on the Logs page.
- The fix improves Kafka 3 broker process identification for standalone deployments by using the kafka3_svc_proc_regex configuration.
