Policy Summary Tab
The Policy Summary tab is a pre-built analytical dashboard that provides a comprehensive view of policy execution health, data processing activity, crawl coverage, and data quality across your environment. All charts and tables on this tab are scoped to the selected time period, configurable using the date range control in the top-right corner.
Datasources Summary
A header row showing high-level platform totals:
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Data Sources | Total number of connected data sources in your environment. |
| Assets | Total number of data assets discovered across all data sources. |
| Data Processed | Total volume of data processed by profiling and quality jobs in the selected time period, shown in MB or GB. |
Policies Configured
Shows the total number of configured policies broken down by policy type: Data Quality, Reconciliation, Data Drift, and Schema Drift.
Data Processed
A bar chart showing data processing volume over time within the selected period, broken down by job type (Data Quality Rule and Profile). Use this chart to identify processing spikes or gaps in coverage.
Last Crawl Summary
A table showing the most recent crawler run for each data source. Columns include:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Data Source | The name of the data source. |
| Last Crawler Run | The date and time of the most recent successful crawler run. |
| Assets Discovered | The number of assets discovered in the last crawler run. |
| Total Assets | The total number of assets currently known for this data source. |
Tables Updated and Quality Coverage Since Last Crawl
A table listing assets that were updated since the last crawl, showing new rows added, policy types applied, and the number of policies configured per asset. Use this view to identify newly discovered assets that may not yet have quality coverage.
Policy Executions
A stacked bar chart showing the volume of policy executions over time within the selected period. Each bar is broken down by execution status: Successful, Aborted, Errored, and Running. Use this chart to identify periods of elevated errors or aborted runs.
Types of Policies Executed
A chart showing policy execution volume broken down by policy type over time. You can filter by rule type using the filter control on the chart. Policy types include Data Quality, Equality, Data Drift, Schema Drift, and Data Cadence.
Quality Policy Executions
A donut chart showing the distribution of Data Quality policy execution outcomes: Errored, Successful, and Warning. The total count of Data Quality policies is shown in the center of the chart.
Top Performing Tables by Quality
A table listing the assets with the highest data quality scores. Columns include asset name, successful policy run count, and average quality score. Use this table to identify consistently high-quality data assets.
Top Tables with Quality Failures
A table listing the assets with the highest count of quality failures. Columns include asset name, quality status, and failure count. Use this table to prioritize investigation and remediation of data quality issues.
Data Reconciliation Summary
A donut chart showing Reconciliation policy execution outcomes: Errored, Successful, and Warning. The total count of Reconciliation policies is shown in the center.
Top Tables with Reconciliation Quality Failures
A table listing assets with the highest count of reconciliation failures. Columns include asset name, rule status, and count.
Schema Drifts
A section showing schema drift activity over the selected time period, identifying assets where schema changes have been detected.
