Monitor Agent Statistics

You can monitor the Agent status across hosts to maintain uninterrupted data collection.

Steps

1. In the Pulse UI, go to Admin (bottom left).
2. On the Admin page, select Pulse Auditing.

The Agent statistics (status) appear on the screen.

Summary Panel

Track the count of hosts where the Agent's status is currently down.

For example, in the screenshot:

• The Hydra Agent is down on 0 hosts.
• The PulseAXN Agent is down on 2 hosts

Agent Status

You can track the status (either up or down) of each Agent installed on hosts.

• Filter Options: Use filters to focus on hosts based on Agent status. Apply these filters to quickly identify and act on nodes that require attention.

  • Hosts with Agents down (Down): View only hosts where one or more Agents are not running
  • Hosts where Agents are uninstalled (Uninstalled): View hosts that do not have Agents

• Color Codes: Each host color indicates the status of Agents on that node:

  • Green: All Agents running
  • Orange: Some Agents down
  • Red: All Agents down or uninstalled
  • Gray: Agents never installed
