Pulse supports monitoring Hadoop services such as Spark, Impala, Kafka, etc. and helps you analyze the internal state of the services.
For details, refer to the subpages.
Pulse does not support monitoring multiple services of the same type within a CDP cluster.
For example, if a CDP cluster has multiple Kafka installations, Pulse can monitor only one Kafka service at a time.
This limitation also applies to other services where CDP allows multiple instances of the same service type—Pulse will be able to monitor only one instance per service type within a cluster.
