Configure JDK 17 Environment Changes

After upgrading Hadoop, Hive, YARN, Tez, Ranger KMS, etc., you must add the required Java 17 runtime flags before starting the services.

Start Services Manually

Once the Ambari and all services are upgraded, start all the services manually and make sure it all starts.
