This feature is available only in release 3.2.3.3-2 and will be included in all releases after 3.3.6.2-1.
During installation, you can change the service user while configuring JupyterHub from the MISC tab at the top of the page, alongside other installed services.
The same user must be updated in the initial_admin property in JupyterHub.
